3. Anchors will not be responsible for any collars, leashes or personal belongings left behind or lost during the stay.

4. Any pet found infected with parasites (fleas, ticks, lice & mites) must be treated. Cost of treatment will be added to final bill.

5. If owner does not pick up by 6:00PM, Anchors will call the owners phone number on file. If the owner does not pick up their pet from the grooming appointment and is boarded overnight, applicable charges will be added to the owners’ bill. Owner has 10 days after recorded checkout date to make payment. If payment is not received Anchors will send a certified letter to the home address on file. If we do not receive a response from owner with full payment the pets will become property of Anchors Kennel. No further notice will be given. If Anchors must hire a collection agency or attorney to recover said payments, undersigned agrees to pay all collection costs and legal fees.

6. All charges are due upon check out. A $35.00 charge applies for all returned checks.

7. An up to date Rabies vaccination is required to perform the grooming procedure. The groomer will not admit any ill or uninoculated pets.

8. Occasionally, grooming can expose a medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming.

9. In the event that your pet is too stressed to safely continue the groom, all procedures will stop, and you will be notified immediately.
