The Randall Family has owned Anchors Kennel for over 30 years.
Marilyn Randall retired from the Federal Government and has been involved with the kennel since the beginning. She has been caring, breeding and showing AKC registered Boston Terriers for 40 years, active in specialty dog clubs, and the community. Ryan Randall, having grown up in the kennel environment and gaining experience at other kennels, officially joined the family business in 2012.
Marilyn is certified through the IBPSA (International Boarding and Pet Services Association) as a Canine and Feline Pet Care Technician and Canine and Feline Pet Care Specialist. She is certified through the American Red Cross in Canine and Feline First Aid. She has completed over a dozen grooming certifications through Barkleigh.
Prince Anderson graduated from Coppin State University with a degree in Biology, and worked in the medical field before starting at Anchors Kennel in 2019. He is a lifelong animal lover. Growing up Prince’s family always had German Shepards. He is certified through the IBPSA (International Boarding and Pet Services Association) as a Canine and Feline Pet Care Technician and Canine Pet Care Specialist. He is certified through the Paragon Pet Grooming School as a Pet Bather and Pet Groomer. He has completed multiple grooming certifications through Barkleigh.
Sonya joined Anchors Kennel in 2012. She has worked with animals throughout her life and is a true animal lover. With over 20 years of experience, Sonya enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure maximum satisfaction in the styling choices for their pets.
Kennel Technician and Grooming Technician
Michelle joined Anchors Kennel in 2010. She is our Head Kennel Technician and also works alongside our Head Groomer as a Grooming Technician. She is certified through the Pet Care Services Association as a Pet Care Technician. She works one-on-one with your pets when they stay to board. She is an animal lover and is exactly the person you would want to watch over your pets.
